Peace Laguna Resort & Spa - Ao Nang

Great location near shops and the beach. The outdoor shower and beautiful grounds felt tropical. The friendly staff provided excellent service. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I loved the relaxing atmosphere.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and the relaxing spa services. The staff once helped me find great dining options, which I really appreciated. I can't wait to come back for Christmas!

The property was perfect with very attentive staff with the service especially Dao and Jane, I loved the stay.

We really enjoyed this hip new hotel. Also, location was absolute top and the best, within easy walking distance of a long beach. Shopping malls and main shopping street were right next door. The place was reasonably priced.

I adored the lush greenery surrounding the resort. The beautiful pools were easily accessible, convenient for me as a senior to enjoy my time leisurely.

Improve staff training for better guest service.

The hotel looked great from the outside, very big, but once I sat down to check in, they imediatly asked to pay the full amount. I said no because I had an cancel insurance, so I only payed the half (I was planning to stay there 6 nights).. When arived at the room, it was a disapointing, cause the hotel isn't cheap so you expect u bit more.

When I disided that I only stay 3 nights insted of 6. the reseption and the manager said it wasn't possible, but I got pissed off because I had an cancelation insurance, I gava booking a call and they solved the problem.ao nang in rain season is boring if you stay longer than 3 days. The rooms where big but not clean, a lot of lizards (should't be wen you pay 3000thb for a night.

Super friendly personnel and good location in AoNang area. Near the beach, Ao Nang dining/bar strip, and a number of nearby attractions such as Khao Ngon Nak and Krabi foreshore as well as tour guides for day trips. Airy and large room, savoury breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and climate control.

Amazing pools and lush greenery made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast options could have been more varied. Enjoyed the cooking class too.

Had to wait long till the room was ready at the time of check in. Please do not go to the hotel before 2 pm you will be stranded.No consideration for senior citizen for ealy check in, though you might have travelled over night to reach the hotle and are 65+ age

This place was a little slice of paradise! I loved lounging by the three pools and indulging in the full body massage at the spa. The only bummer was that some areas could use a fresh coat of paint, but it didn't stop me from enjoying my stay! 🌺

The three beautiful pools were perfect. The private cottage with outdoor shower added a unique touch. The lagoon style grounds.

Good location hotel. The absence of mosquitoes in spite of the pond. Very comfortable cabins. Good service and friendly staff.

The three swimming pools offer a tranquil atmosphere. Unique features like outdoor showers in the cottages bring a refreshing twist to the usual resort experience.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, as I found some stained linens and signs of wear in various corners. The pressure in the shower fluctuated dramatically, leading to some chilly experiences. Navigating the distance between the reception and the cottages during rainy weather proved to be a hassle due to the lack of covered pathways.
